Which sides while jelqing

I’ve seen the tutorial video but I can’t see it clearly, where does he put pressure on which sides of the penis you jelq? The 2 sides left and right ? Or above and left and right or do you pressure the whole penis ?

I try for equal pressure all round. But it fells odd if I press too hard in the top vein.

Mostly on the left and right sides — you need to avoid pressing too hard on the dorsal nerve on top side.

I just use both hands to do it. Keeps it in the middle. I’m never sure if I’m doing enough pressure though. I think I am though.

I attempt to avoid pressure on the upper and lower sides. I only apply the most pressure on the sides.

I apply pressure mainly on the sides because I’m going for girth gains.

Try to still get a good pump to make sure your trapping the blood effectively though.

Hi,

For length gains try jelqing with less of an erection. This allows for more stretch. Also try jelqing downwards with an overhand ok grip. This also stretches the ligaments better. As far as pressure goes, I’d make it even on both sides. You can even pause at the end of your stoke for a second or so.
