What order should you do manual stretching hanging jelqing thanks for the help

You should first stick to the newbie routine or something similar. Just manual stretches and jelqs should be enough for someone newer to PE.

FSL: 8.125

Do you mean progressing over time and adding additional exercises to your routine, or do you mean what order to do if you’re doing all 3? I’d recommend manual stretching, hanging, then jelq. I always like to end with jelqing followed by massage/firegoat roll and a warm down because it guarantees you end with fresh blood in your penis to help it heal properly.

The order is ultimately up to you and what suits you best. I believe jelqing is a good exercise to do first as it is generally not too harsh an exercise and will limber up the tissues for more strenuous exercises (especially if you’re doing hanging). Ideally, I’d recommend doing it first and even doing a few minutes of jelqing after any kind of more strenuous exercise, to flush your penis with new healthy blood, which is said to increase recovery and growth.

That being said, if you’re new to PE, just stick with the newbie routine…
