I have been doing both erect and flaccid stretches for months in every direction. I would say both were equally important to my gains :)

I like the ‘a-stretch’ and the bundle stretch - both give massive leverage to your manual work, but be careful they can be intense.

How are we supposed to know? Unless you only do one kind of stretch and nothing else but kegels and repeat this with another stretch, you can’t know what stretch is most efficient. Most PEs also use a variety of stretches.

I’ve been doing kind of a strange A stretch mixed with a bundle stretch. What I do is I grab it using the pointer and thumb grip with the Palm down. Then I rotate my penis my 180 degrees. The next step is to rotate your whole hand towards you. So basically your getting a slight boost bundle wise with a backwards “A” which really seems to work the Tunica

In the beginning, manual stretching really helped to condition my dick and to stretch my tight foreskin.

Everyone is going crazy about bundle stretching. Isn’t it basically something you do to enhance normal stretches, I’ve been using it to lately.

I have gained what you see in my signature :) Hopefully I will gain some more before summer vacations starts, so that I finally can lose my virginity! (I am turning 21 this summer). My PE quest started with me searching for PE, and ended up on www.massivemember.com(I am not trying to promote this site at all; just stating facts and telling the truth) which is where I got my routine from. Not so long after that I found PE-gym and joined their site in February.

I just noticed that I barely answered your question yet. I figured a small introduction would save me for potential questions afterwards. Anyway, as you can see, I have gained but cannot point to a single exercise for giving me those gains, but rather my entire routine.

Don’t stretch your erect penis guys, it’s dangerous and generally ineffective.

I’ve checked the wiki. So manual stretches increase length? If I stretch while flaccid will increase my length as well?

The entire thing is a little confusing, I do 60 seconds stretches in all directions, 100 3 second dry jelqs and 150 3 second wet jelqs. Warm up before and after. I want length mainly.

Someone explain how to gain erect length better?
