Which kegels should I do for improved EQ

Alot of 1 sec kegels throughout the day? 200 5sec hold kegels? Or 20 1 min kegels?


Start - Jan 16 2011 (serious start - Feb 08 2011) : NBPEL 5.9in EG 5.5in (remeasured and got this. I knew it was too big to be true. Big enough still :D ) Goal until 2012 : 6.75 - 7.5in NBPEL 5.75 - 6in EG

I don’t think so that you can hold 1 min kegels. As I read from this forum it is better 200 10 sec. hold kegels

have a good gains


Begining At 11.05.09: El 6.0" Eg 4.92"

Short Term Goal : El 6.5" Eg 5.2"

Long Term Goal : El 7.5" Eg 6.0"

Variations thereof— play rhythm and counting games.

Generally flash kegels [short max hard] and grind kegels [slow build to max over 2-3 secs] play well together. As does a little pelvic tilting— anterior/ posterior as well kegelling while training legs— flexing quads, hams, calves? Kegel.

I know what they are, but can you tell me in detail, how should I integrate this into my routine of kegels?
How many kegels, how many seconds hold should I do, before I start to do reverses? How many reverses, and how much to hold them? That’s what I’m asking. :)

That’s the long answer— short answer, I’d try and accumulate ~10 minutes or so over the course of a day of mixed bag activities. I’d play patterns, K, rK, KK, K, rK, K, rK, rK, KKKK— you follow?

I think that the aspect of play allowed me to incorporate far more than I’d have done otherwise— kegelling on command bored my willy silly

This is throwing me for a loop. So. Much.

Some say kegels screw up your EQ, you ejaculate too quick etc etc. And rKegels improve it.

I’m posting from the point of someone who knows the anatomy (Locating the bc muscle). In men the muscles that are contracted to perform Dr. Kegel’s exercise are the bulbocavernosus (BC, but more properly called the bulbospongiosus) and the ischiocavernosus. It’s probably difficult to contract one without contracting the other. Regardless, doing the exercise can help some men who have weak erections or poor EQ.

I can’t say weather kegels can cause premature ejaculation or poor EQ or fix the same. Each person is different and each does what he feels is the right amount of kegel contractions for his own situation.

I can say, as I did in that link, that there is no such thing as a “reverse kegel.” It’s simply conscious relaxing of the muscle when it wants to contract. There is no relationship to urine flow and pushing with your abdominal muscles isn’t going to fix your dick problems.

There is a time when relaxing the BC is helpful, which I also addressed in the linked post. That’s when you’re doing manual stretches and your BC wants to pull back against your stretching efforts. Consciously trying to relax it at that time can help the stretch be more effective. Otherwise, doing “reverse kegels” as an exercise is pointless.

I can say that doing a “reverse kegel” during sex when I felt like I was close to having an orgasm has kept me from blowing my load a few times. It’s hit or miss though because sometimes the feeling to ejaculate will go away for several minutes or sometimes it’ll be a few seconds.
