Which jelq are best for start

I would like to go for jelq squeze routine (need grid mostly :P) is that ok for newbie?

Stick with the newbie routine and go from there.


Start: 7.5" BPEL 4.75 EG.

Hey I would like to go for new newbie routine just need to know if it is safe to use squeezed instead of wet jelqs that’s all NEW newbie + advanced routine

I’m not sure what you mean by squeeze jelqs. I don’t think I’ve come across that yet but what I use is the wet and dry jelqs, depending on how I feel. Both has worked for me.

All I can say is do what the newbie routine says, and follow this link about Physiological Indicators (PI’s). It makes things a lot easier to decide for yourself.

Yes, go with the newbie routine. I just watched the video. It looks interesting and somewhat similiar to what I do but without the pinching effect.

Stay with the newbie routine and follow the PI’s. You only have one unit, don’t make it your last.

None of newbie routines specify which jelqs should be used !! Thats why I’m askink here.

So one more time, which jelqs can I do Dry/wet or squeeze?

Do wet jelqs. Dry jelqing is still an advanced exercise.

I used either the wet or dry jelq. I also did a combination of WET-dry jelq. If you watch the video for dry jelqing, you basically use one hand to jelq while in wet jelqing, you use both hands in a rhythm. I simply added a little bit of lubrication while doing dry jelqs. It works for me.

Wet or dry jelqs is a personal decision. If you are circumcised, wet is usually considerably superior. If you are uncircumcised it matters less.

Most people jelq far too hard to start with - it should only be slightly harder than your usual masturbation grip until you have a good ‘feel’ for the jelq. You are aiming to feel a ‘wave’ of blood being pushed up your penis.
Think of a smooth stick dipped in runny honey and using your thumb/index finger grip to squeegie the honey off the stick, - that’s the feel you are looking for. Try to take 3-5 seconds over each stroke if you can.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
