To tell you the truth, that is not my style of PE, but I can tell you for a fact, that for the price and the cheap look of that equipment, it will not do the job you are looking for.

Have you been looking through the Hangers Forum for ideas there? Also, try the search function. Hopefully someone with more experience in this PE style will also jump in to help out with ideas.

@Gprent thanks for your reply, the only reason why I’m looking for an extender or pump is because I don’t have the materials it takes to make a hanger, plus I don’t want to make it too big since I still live with my parents and need a place to hide it. Don’t want them thinking I have a suicide device or something lol

Hey Jab, I’ve got the very same extender, but I don”t use it that much because it pulls straight out which makes it quite obvious, and you have to pad your penis because that noose can inflict much pain. The positive side is that you can set it for some serious stretching force, but since I’m kind of a newbie, I wouldn’t recommend it. I stretch with the bungee type for ADS (All Day Stretching). Thank God, I’m having great results. I stretched over 6 hours today with the ADS while working.

At this moment, I am pumping with an ungauged pump. I don’t pump to the max but use lower pressure, and everything seems to be fine. There are a lot of great articles on stretching, and pumping.

I built a homemade extender exactly like the one you linked - a Max-xtender. It works fine but a) the chord for the nose has to be very thick, otherwise the area of pressure will be too small and pain will be felt; b) the device can’t be worn under pants, since it is very wide.
