Which first L or G

Which first L or G

I’ve been trying to refine a newbie routine to go into effect Aug 1, 08. It mostly consists of consistent PE involving stretches, jelqs, and kegels. My understanding is that these methods help in both departments of length & girth. But I’m wondering if my newb routine should lean toward a certain measurement, either girth or length. In other words, my first 3 months will be newb workouts with a slight emphasis on “fill in the blank” (either girth or length).

Main Question of this Thread:
So is having an emphasis on either length or girth in my newb routines a good way to go? I reasoned that maybe I should go length first, while gaining some minimal girth - then eventually work on filling in the new volume with girth-centric exercises.

Starting: 5” BPEL, 3.5” MSEG
Goal: 7” BPEL, 5.5” MSEG (Goal of 2” x 2” total gain)

Though I shouldn’t raise my hopes too high, I have an itching suspicion that I will make substantial gains in my first year. I only say that because I’m seeing unusual improvements in my EQ from off and on lazy stretching and jelqing. I can only imagine EQ improving when I take my workouts and diet regimen seriously with the start of my natural PE log on August 1st.

So any suggestions?

First suggestion: try using appropriate titles. It’s OK to actually spell words out here, in fact it is encouraged.

I’m sure the popular suggestion here will be to simply follow the Newbie routine. Why are you trying to “refine” it already? Don’t you think that’s what has been going on here for the last 7 years? I’m not giving you a hard time, really, I just want to know where you are coming from. If it needed an “emphasis” on one or the other it would already have one.

In the end, you are going to do what you are going to do. We are all big boys here, we make our own decisions. Whether or not focusing on length or girth first is a “good way to go” is entirely up to you. If you really want to know more, the topic has been beaten to death, so a simple search should prove helpful.

As for lazy PE, I am the poster boy! All I can say is that it works for me. I don’t know what your starting EQ is like, but it can only get so hard, so at a certain point you will max out EQ.

All the best.

LOL I for some reason thought that the title would be too long and may not show up correctly on the forums so I shortened it. Guess I’ll spell things out in the future then simply edit them if they came out looking bad.

And I only meant refining as in developing my “own” routine that borrows heavily from the newbie routine. And yes, I have tried out the newbie routine a few times to feel it out. I have done numerous searches and have concluded that the best routine is the one tailored specifically for myself. The reason I came here to ask about length vs girth emphasis was to catch some responses from those who have had some experience.

I guess the better question for the thread would have been “how successful are you at spot training girth or length” ? Thanks for the advice so far I’ll keep taking notes and conducting more forum searches.

It depends on your penis. You should read the TGC theory because you can change what you are most successful at.

I say because of your girth, you should definitely focus on length right now. Put some girth exercises in for sure, but from what I’ve heard and what makes sense, it is much easier to gain length, when you have a smaller girth. Consider yourself lucky, I say.

Just trying to gain. Just trying to learn.Last official measurement May 2008. NBPEL = 6.0 inches. BPEL = ?. MSEG = 5.8 inches.

July 2008 NBPEL = 5.9 inches. BPEL = 6.75inches. MSEG = 5.8 inches. I have a sizeable fatpad. I hope when I cut weight I can make the difference between BPEL and NBPEl around 0.3 inches.

You may have heard right justlearning, I have made substantial gains last month when I was not even yet taking PE to the serious level. I would stretch here and there before or after using the restroom, jelq before getting into some porn, but nothing serious (I just started my first ever PE regimen August 1st).

July 1st: 5.0” BPEL
Now: Two measures 5.2” - 5.5” BPEL

Due to my issues with EQ, I got inconsistent readings but I will be sure to have an updated measurement in my progress log next week. But the fact is that I gained a reasonable fraction in a short time and this may play into the theory that small guys can be fast big gainers.
