Which exercises to stay away from

I’ve been at this for a few years now off and on. I was wondering which exercises folks have tried, that didn’t work, which ones caused damages and which ones were a waste of time.

Well the simple answer is all of them.

Not every exercise suits every person. - that’s why we have a variety of exercises. so that if one doesn’t work then we can try another.

It’s like occupations. Some jobs people can do wel.l And there are some they couldn’t do to save their lives.
