Which exercises are best for length please help

Hi, I know there are probably many threads on here addressing this issue, but I had a ton of trouble finding one even after using the search button. I’m new to this and I’m curious as to what the best exercises to gain in length are. Any advice is more than welcomed, I’m currently trying out the newbie routine, but if anyone has any additional input or exercise routines to try I’d really appreciate it!

Stay with the Newbie Routine for a while.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

The best exercises for length or the best PE method?

Stretching is the order of the day, so simple maual stretches, then adapting to others. Target your ligs downwards.

I have no doubt the best way to gain length is to hang, but until you have done PE for 3-6 months you shouldn’t even consider hanging, in my view.

Haven’t actually tried anything yet - still reading up on it all.

Just to make sure I’m on the right track (perhaps of benefit to the open poster); one should start out on the Newbie Routine; and than in 4-5 months look towards ‘hanging’ by using devices like Penimaster or something as well as continue the ‘Newbie Routine’?

Is that right?

How often should the Newbie Routine be done when starting out; when should one increase the time spent on jelqing?

If I’ve understood correctly doing these for 30 or so mins a day will give you some type of result within a few months? That seems kinda too easy? Have I missed something; or is it just that simple?

Surgery is on the table too if I don’t get my desired results (an extra 1.5-2 inches in length; 1 inch girth) within 12-18 months. Are my expectations unrealistic?

How you progress depends on you and your goals.

There is no set right answer, some gain lots from the newbie routine, some little. Some go on to hit their target and don’t hang etc, others do. I think it wise to do the newbie routine for 3 months plus and if you have gained in that period, keep doing it.

As for hanging, think about what you are saying. What does hanging do? Stretches ligaments, what does manual stretching do? Stretches ligaments, so why would you need to combine the two methods?

The fact hanging isn’t recommended for newbies is because of the knowledge and skill you have to invest in it. I can just imagine now 18-19 year olds trying to hang 15lbs from their dick within a week and ending up in hospital!

You can gain from the newbie routine, but at the same time it introduces you to PE and is general safe if you listen to the advice given.

The newbie routine should be done 2 days on, 1 off. You should increase as stated in the routine over 6 weeks, I increment a little most weeks.

Finally, in PE you are not certain you will gain. Most can gain an inch over a year with all the methods and complete dedication. Some gain more, some depite their best efforts gain less. Each body and person is different, there is no set routine or method of gaining.

As far as I understood even with surgery you have to hang?

Honestly I think your expectations are setting you for a fall. Most find girth comes at a lesser ratio, from what I generally see a 1/4 of length gains. So if you gain 2” length, normally 0.5” can follow in girth with the right techniques.

It certainly is possible to gain 2” in a year according to some here, but that seems to be at the upper limit of things. I’d say maybe 1” length and 0.25” girth is more likely if you do things correctly, but no one can say.

What are you starting stats? Personally I wouldn’t put myself through any surgery for PE.

Thanks dude - that makes heaps of sense :)

Assuming I have measured correctly:

Length: 5”

Girth: 2.5”

My advice is similar to most of the others. Stay with the newbie routine as long as you can. That may sound patronizing to some, but most of my gains came in the first three months. This last half an inch took quite some time. If you gain, why change?

To bc002: Yes! It is that easy. You may not gain a full inch, but many people do gain something in the first three months.

I’m guessing your girth measurement is incorrect.

I apologize if it isn’t.

I would have thought your girth has to be wrong.

Here we have example 1 of why we suggest the newbie routine. You’ve got a guy doing PE who doesn’t even know how to measure (by the looks of it), despite it being plastered all over the site!

If you cannot measure correctly, well….

Well, the length seems correct but the girth is measured wrong, you should use a thread or something flexible and go around your penis, do it while its erect.

Warm up, jelq at 50-60%, stretch, kegel, warm down. Be consistent and you will see gains in no time.

In search of a perfect body, penis, and girl.

The search NO longer continues. :)

Stretching and hanging are the best for length gains. I gained over 2 inches during 2 years doing this. My routine was to apply a static load at the centre of my cock for 15mins just twice a week.
