Hi guys,

I’m looking for advice on what devices are best to start with for a relative beginner.

I have, from time to time, tried jelqing and manual stretching but never stuck with it for a longer time. Still, I’ve seen some results but they’ve disappeared in a couple of months or so. Mostly I’ve increased girth and got better erections. So, I’m going to get more serious with manual exercises and hopefully gain more in length (girth is decent with almost 5.5” and length is just above 6” on a good day).

To add to the manual exercises I want something to help me out a bit.. I’m thinking either a pump or extender, but I’m open to suggestions.

What do you think is the best device to get?

Of course, I’d like whatever gives the fastest gains, that’s relatively easy (not too uncomfortable) to use and safe for anyone with a little carefulness and intelligence. I would also like a cheap Ferrari. ;)

Focus on manual exercises, adding heat, zinc cream there are tons of this products for children(choose those with less indgrendts as basic as possible and be aware of parabens).

I’m testing it now(so far WOW effect) but you can try it also adding ice cold-short time- or cold -longer time at the end of daily basis.

In my honest opinion, start with the newbie routine and be consistent. You wrote that you want the easiest and fastest gains? thats just not how it works, you will either injure yourself or over train.

Why are people so hung up on using a device? Who needs that shit when manual exercises work fine in the beginning. Wait til you stop gaining manually.

I say what iamaru said! Continue with manuals if you are gaining. Why change, when you see results?

If you change when you’re in the gain zone, you will probably stop gaining and get hard to get there again. Especially when you’re new to this and have not so much experience to control yourself to gains.

I don’t think there’s anything called “fast gain” ever exists, I’m a newbie too and I set my goal at about 1 inch gain in a peroid of 3-4 years, just 1 inch but it’s a HUGE difference and a huge ego boost..
