Where to start?

Where to start?

I’m a newbie and a little bit confused as to where to start PE. I came across the LOT theory and found out I have a low LOT. Should I start with the newbie routine or should I start with something else? I want to do the PE exercises as efficient as I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what I’ve heard, LOT doesn’t matter. Just start with the newbie routine and take it slow. Rushing and being to vigorous can hinder gains. Slow and steady wins the race.
