Where to start
Hello everyone. Totally new to the world of PE. A buddy of mine a while back always told me about this site and the exercises and things to do but I never really got into it. As of late I guess that my mind set has changed. I have always been a big fan or forums as its allows a group of people to share ideas and knowledge all in one place.
Well enough of my long winded intro, onto the reason why I am here. I would really like to find a way to add some size to my rod. Right now I am roughly 5.2 inches in length and about 5 inches in girth. I have read some articles on here about the beginners routine and I am currently following this. Two days on with one day of rest. I was hoping that some of the more senior members could share their experiences with this routine and maybe some insights.
