where to start from? :)
I just became aware of the great resource that Thunder’s Place is and wondered if anyone could give some advice to a newbie in PE :)
BPFL: 4.84, BPFG: 4.61
BPFE: 7.28, BPFG: 5.31
LOT: about a quarter to nine (8:45)
Erect angle: ca. 10
I once had a “nice” incident when an ex was doing the wild girl ride on me and my penis went “Pop”, paired with quite some pain lasting for 2 months or so. Ever since that day it has a 20-30 degree bend roughly half way from the base to the head.
Now what I’m wondering is where to go from now.
I figured increasing girth would be the way to go from me, but then length could be the smarter thing to improve first since my LOT is still at 8:45 (together with a little Wet Jelqing for penile health and Kegels).
In other words here’s what I came up with as my personal beginner’s routine:
5 mins warmup
10 mins stretching, in the direction of the lot and straightforward, to the left of it, to the right of it and up to the same amount to the top as the “straightforward” is “below” the 9 o’clock position (each lasting 20 secs)
6-8 mins wet jelq (2-3 secs each)
5 mins warmdown
Is this routine any good for lig stretching and penile health?
Will it help me get rid of the annoying bend ?
If not, how could I go on about this?
