Hi all,

I just became aware of the great resource that Thunder’s Place is and wondered if anyone could give some advice to a newbie in PE :)

Initial Stats:
BPFL: 4.84, BPFG: 4.61
BPFE: 7.28, BPFG: 5.31
LOT: about a quarter to nine (8:45)
Erect angle: ca. 10

I once had a “nice” incident when an ex was doing the wild girl ride on me and my penis went “Pop”, paired with quite some pain lasting for 2 months or so. Ever since that day it has a 20-30 degree bend roughly half way from the base to the head.

Now what I’m wondering is where to go from now.
I figured increasing girth would be the way to go from me, but then length could be the smarter thing to improve first since my LOT is still at 8:45 (together with a little Wet Jelqing for penile health and Kegels).

In other words here’s what I came up with as my personal beginner’s routine:
5 mins warmup
10 mins stretching, in the direction of the lot and straightforward, to the left of it, to the right of it and up to the same amount to the top as the “straightforward” is “below” the 9 o’clock position (each lasting 20 secs)
6-8 mins wet jelq (2-3 secs each)
5 mins warmdown

Is this routine any good for lig stretching and penile health?
Will it help me get rid of the annoying bend ?
If not, how could I go on about this?

Just keep it simple and light for the first few months.

I think the worst thing anybody can do it get too enthusiastic and just pull too hard! Good luck.

Hm, so is the routine I’m thinking off considered “light” or somewhere not so light (when looking at the other routine’s in the pe database it surely looks like it was :) ) ?

And about the reading: I did quite a lot but was unable to come up with anything regarding the curve correction.
Funnily I found out about something that could work out for me.
I figured if the corpus spongiosum has a weak point (causing the curve) a little emphasize on extending the weak spot should help big time (mostly in terms of blood circulation to get the vitamin e (600mg daily atm) to the scar tissue and soften it up).

A short test procedure ;) :
It’s basically a dry jelq with very little grip to the general penis and a medium pressure to the corpus spong., stopping at the point before the scar tissue.

The scar tissue itself (not blood pressed besides it) bloated more than ever before (well before the sex accident), resulting in a much milder curve.
Of course this doesn’t mean the curvature will be gone in a few days worth, but still it’s showing a good tendency.

The place with the scar tissue (and only this place, not where I generated the pressure, not above it) feels mildly sore now, just when you did a good jelq workout.

So at least I found some hope this can be remedied over time.. I’ll keep you updated on this :-)


I would consider your routine pretty light if you’re not pulling too hard on the stretches. May I suggest making your stretching routines a little longer? Maybe 20 minutes long, or 10 minutes of stretching in the morning and 10 in the evening if that’s not too much? There’s a guy here who recently posted that he had really good success with 2-second pulls (2 pull, 2 for release) for 20 minutes. That sounded really good to me.

Also, I think jelqs should be a little slower, as in 5 seconds each.

The angles when stretching are one of the things I still don’t quite get (although I’ve read quite some on the forums.. Thanks to Thunder at this point :-) ).

And about the jelq:
How do you know a jelq is done right (while doing it, not afterwards) ?
Is a small tingling sensation of pain in the head a good or a bad sign?
Do I have to avoid this small pain or can I carry on just getting the effects of a jelq to get this minimum of pain?
