Where to go next..

I’m starting my fifth year of PE. My gains in year one were fantastic, year two were decent, three and four became a desperate struggle as the time I put in went up but the gains became negligible. A common theme of diminishing returns which isn’t unusual I don’t think.

Along the way I’ve experimented with just about everything… except an actual decon break. At this point I just cannot seem to convince myself to take the break that I may need. This, coupled with being terrified of losing gains that I’ve worked so hard for, keep me from missing any PE time at all.

At this point, I can get almost ridiculous temporary expansion, in both length and girth. Up to 3ish inches over my BPEL in an extender and up to an inch in temporary girth from pumping, but permanent measurable gains have been non-existent for the past two years or so.

My last .25 inch came from dedicated hanging, but for the past year or so I have just been using an extender a few hours a day to hopefully not lose anything while I try to figure out what to do next…which prompted this post to ask for advice.

Any and all advice or opinions are welcome, thanks in advance!

man, it seems that you just gotta try the most hardcore methods, that’s what is left for you. So several hours of hanging for lenght or nice pumping sessions or clamping. You can try to take a decon break and try out dinamic pumping too?

Or if you haven’t tried wearign the extender for 8-10 hours a day during 6 month you can see if something comes up too.

I am interested in the tecniques you tried your 1st year, 2nd year and the rest of the years and how much you gained in each one. Also, what about decon breaks? It has been like 8 months I dont gain and I think it could be beneficial to rest.

When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

So why did you stop hanging?

Do you use heat throughout the session?

Have you tried tunica stretches?

Thanks for the responses, the first year was mostly all manual exercises - Jelqing/Stretching, it was thrilling to gain so much from such a small time investment. Second and third year were mainly hanging, with some shorter periods (<3 months) of pumping, clamping, some extender only periods. I added the extender somewhere at the end of the first year. This past year was mainly just extender.

My best gains were the first year of manual exercises, next best gains were a long term hanging plus extending routine, and third best gains were hanging by itself. The reason I eventually stopped hanging was just pure psychological exhaustion. I was afraid to miss any days with it, and the time/life investment was no longer being rewarded with commensurate gains. I just hit the mental and physical wall with it. Yes I always used heat, most recently IR Heat, for a while I experimented with ice pack cooldowns while extended, which seemed to work well. A bathmate with IR heat also gives great temporary expansion.

Is a tunica stretch similar to using a fulcrum? I did some work with that in my last hanging stint, and yes did seem to be of some value, although I never felt I was doing it correctly…

Because of the extreme amount of temporary expansion/elongation I can get, have I just taught my unit how to most efficiently navigate my routines, without prompting any further permanent growth? In other words I feel that with the such easy temporary expansion/elongation, I worry that my body’s just figured out how to handle any routine I try via temporary flexibility, but I’m no longer hitting any threshold for permanent deformation/growth?

At least that’s what it feels like, I could be off my rocker, I’m wondering what maybe I could do to shake it up a little and force a further permanent growth response. Maybe a break is exactly what’s needed, I’m just really unsure of where to go next.

how much you gained whith each method? Again, have you ever taken a decon break? I dont know how good bcon brekas are if even necessary. Anybodu can tell?

If you used a Bib to hang, could be that now if you buy a vaccum hanger and you hang for longer sets with the weight (or even less) you stimulate growth. Or what I said. Take a break and try pumping with a greater pressure doing dynamic pumping.

No, I’ve never actually taken any real decon break.

Is dynamic pumping where you pump and release, pump and release? That might be worth a look, thanks

Nor greater pressure neither very short sets of pumping (s.c. dynamic pumping) are a good idea.

Ok thanks Marinera, what do you think might be a good idea at this point? A break? Lighter routine?

Yes, please share. And is switching up to and from effective methods not a decon break for the exercises that have once yielded you gains? ‘Tis the way I see it. Very curious about how much you gained in general and from hanging in particular, because I stopped for the same reason you did.

Yes, started with Bib Starter model, then later to the regular model.

I started in Jan 2011 at 5.75 bpel, the newbie routine yielded the most gains in the first year, up to 6.5ish. Hanging/extending gave me the next inch over the next 1.5+ years or so. The time when I was hitting my maximum was hanging 7 days a week, with 2 or more hours in the extender afterward, and 20 minutes bathmate a couple times a week.

Yes, I suppose switching is in some way a decon break form the prior exercise. There was a time when I was looking thru logs that seemed to imply that switching routines at proper times led to gains. I just haven’t really been able to lock it down exactly.

I like this last post. Between switching methods I always thought deconditioning for a few months would be best. I see that might not be true. Everybody is different though….

would be great if somebody could add here if before changing method he took a decon break or not.

how many hours a day did you hang, why did you apply 2 hours of extender afterwards instead of keeping on hanging? I guess the usage of the bathmate was for EQ porpuses and good circulation?

Why did you stop the newbie routine? And how much weight were you able to hang? Did you feel fatigue?

A decon break than starting again with a manual routine, which you said was the most efficient for you as I got it.

So a 1.8” gain to 7.5? I remember 7.5” being good enough ha. I believe switching it up between the things that have already given you gains would be an effective way to sustain gaining, personally. I would imagine that would work :.

Perhaps try doing something completely different for 4-6 weeks. If youve been low intensity long periods of time, go high intensity and short periods of time? Or if youve been working on pumping more than hanging/stretching change the priority?

Obviously there isnt really a good answer to this problem because its not a precise science, but if I extrapolate it to body-building or strength training 1 week totally off and 4 weeks doing something related but not the same might help. Go back to basics for a month, work on the basic things, then go back into the more sophisticated stuff gradually.

EQ still good?

Well, if you constantly gain in temporary expansion then there is not much reason to stop.

I think you should do more erect work. At best directly after stretching the tissue past bpel.
Fill that expanded tissue with life so to speak. Edge and combine with higher % jelqs. Squezzes and pulls.
You should be trained enough to do it but with sense.
Get the flaccid expansion into erect expansion. Push your limits. Engage the pelvic floor muscles. Try to hold more blood in the chambers.
