Yes, I would say this can work as intermidary means to fill the tissue.
But whatever you will do you have to fill the tissue by natural means to make it “real”.
I guess in a way the body will fill whats available to fill BUT to directly fill the expanded tissue after exercise with edging feels great and in that moment you have already a real step towards that size to come and your body will “know” what to do(muscles/veins,chemicals, brain-tissue connection etc.).

For example:
I clamp to my max. and then I slowly release the clamp and try to hold as much blood in with a functioning hard erection past releasing the clamp totally.
For some time Im then able to hold a natural expansion with a rock hard erection that is as big as if Im clamping.
Involves kegeling and beeing highly aroused.

Its abit more difficult after length exercise to get a raging erection but if one manages it then yo ucan already realize some of the expansion generated before. Which eould otherwise revert to its pre stretched size.

I think there’s some merit to those ideas of perhaps moving to erect, girth and/or EQ focused exercises. Maybe this will be the key to realizing some of these potential gains. The gaps between temporary expansion/elongation and actual size keep widening, and don’t seem to be catching up like when I first started, so maybe this is worth considering.

In response to one of the questions, I don’t even know what my baseline EQ is anymore, since it’s been so long when I haven’t been doing any work, but I would say my EQ is likely towards the “not good” end of the spectrum for sure.

Seems like elastin content in your penis is growing. Interesting. If this is true (If) then the more you keep pulling it the more it will become elastic. Wondering what FIGO’ opinion would be in this case.

A break will do you a world of good, when you restart look further into tunica stretches (e.g. bundled stretches) and pumping with a cylinder not too wide (as advised) .The latter should help with erection quality and gains although it has not been tried enough. It is worth giving a go. It seems you don’t want to hang anymore, but you could try hanging at different angles, low weights long duration etc..

Yes, this is what I’ve started to wonder about. I don’t really understand the science, but it does seem like I’m just lately becoming more elastic, instead of triggering a gain response. My little fella has perhaps adapted to become smarter than my workouts. Isn’t the human body “lazy” like that - it always eventually finds the most efficient, least impactful path to handle external stimuli.

I think either a serious break, from everything, or a shorter break and then resuming just EQ focused activities might be the two front runners at the moment.

It is curious you believe deconditioning would help after you’ve been with this for 4 years gaining without taking time off. After gaining from manuals like stretches ullis and jelqs I took 2 weeks off , then I just jelqed low 10 min sessions and now its been close to 3 months I stretch 1 hour almost everyday in 10 or 20 min sessions thorougout all day. I just take 1 day off max. I am not gaining I think. I’ve incorporated bundle A stretches and looks I’ve gained little girth. Can’t tell tho….

If you can hang 10h a week without problem I’d go for it and use ADS could b interesting. Otherwise try a new thing sounds good too.
