It’s been almost 5months and I’m starting to think about what I should do next to add to my routine. My goal is girth. Length is good, just want to gain about 1/2” in girth and I would be good with that.

My main exercise has been jelqing. Getting in about 4 days a week of about 100. Some stretching and kegels. Of course warm up too. I have a bathmate, but I don’t really use it aggressively. I’ve used it to help warm up for jelqing at a very light pressure. It would probably fall off if I don’t hold it on, and after jelqing, again for a few minutes under light pressure.

I’m interested in clamping or air pumping with a gauge. I’ve found good resources on how to clamp, but not necessarily any programs to incorporate it into my routine. With pumping, I did find a good article that seems to work for me and has a suggested plan to work it into what I’m already doing.

Just seeing what your guys thoughts are.

You can try out manual clamping and 440 squeezes to start off with before buying yourself a clamp. Many members that have gained girth by just jelqing and manual clamping, just remember to take it easy as girth exercises comes with a higher degree of risk than length exercises.

And always warm up properly if you wanna gain girth as it much easier to expand and widen a properly warmed up unit. Heat seems to be key in gaining girth so if you choose to start pumping maybe buy yourself a heating pad that you can put around your tube when pumping as some seem to swear by it and thus have gotten very good results.

IF you start clamping with a cable clamp show extreme caution in the very beginning and take your time to work up to doing more time and sets. First and foremost you want a healthy and well functioning dick as girth exercises are well known for being very straining on your erection quality so take days off like 1 on 1 off maybe so it’s all healed up and ready to go next session.

Just some tips and pointers on the top of my head right now though I’m sure more guys with more clamping and girth gaining knowledge will chime in soon too.

Best of Luck and always remember to warm up and take rest days, those are key in gaining girth. Nothing like a fat unit to please the ladies and for a overall impressive and powerful looking penis!

Edit; Yes, invest in a silicone cock ring to wear for some time after finishing your workouts to keep your unit engorged as that may aid in getting permanent girth gains. But with that as with everything else don’t overdo it and try to limit the use of it for only an hour or two after you’re finished.

Thanks, Yeah manual clamping and squeezes sound good to start with. Ive read up on heat being key to working with pumps, found some good info on that which is cool. So with the manual exercises, any tips on how to incorporate them into my routine? I don’t want to overdue it at all. I can probably do a jelqing session first and then move into them. Whats the standard starting routine? 3 sets of 30 seconds or something like that?
Also with pumps, I don’t mind the expense, and know to get the right size cylinder and of course a gauge. Probably going to try manual first though for awhile and hope to get some good results.

I was under 4.5” MSEG starting and around 6.5” BPEL and am now I am consistently at about 4.6” MSEG and 7” BPEL. I’m not too ambitious, I would be happy with 5” X 7.5”
