Where to buy a good hanger?

A few months ago I was on ebay and I found this PE hanger device that was just like a thick roll on condom type thing with a hook on the tip to attach weights to. I was going to buy it but I never got around to it. I was a good hanging system that does not require me to like attach a strap to my leg or a harness to my back or anything. Do any of you gents know where I can pick up a hanger that will give me good results?
