Where to begin?
OK, I’m a noobie, reading up the routines, I figure this should be my routine, anyone wanna help it out.
5 min hot wrap
5 minute of manual stretches, or should I do JAI stretches (10 stretchesx30 seconds)
5 minute Jelq or 10? (100 stretches x 3 seconds)
5 minute hot wrap
Now, I’m not sure, but I think it needs work, anyone wanna critique it. And how fast do I up the routine, like when will I know when it’s time.
When should I do kegels?
I’m confused about stretching. When you stretch, you grab from the base and move your hand up towards the head, or start at the head and just pull a little. How do you know how hard you should be pulling. Do you only use 2 fingers or the whole hand?
When Jelqing, you start at the base, and move your way up to the head? I should use the thumb and forefinger when I do that right? I will use 2 hands for that correct, so do I put the fingers at the bottom and top only or like put them at the left and right also? How hard do you do it, and how will you know when?
Also, is this safe? I don’t want my dick just falling off one day.
