Where should I feel most of the pain or discomfort

When doing PE, I feel most of the “stretching” or pressure in the head, and less along the shaft, is that correct, or should I try for more uniform buildup? It seems when I manually stretch or jelq the head is the last in line, so wants to “burst” the most. Normal?

Stay away from the head. The soreness should be contained in the shaft and the ligaments, otherwise you run the risk of numbness and possibly damage to the head, making it difficult to use the penis for what it was intended for.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

I never get any PAIN. I use medium grip strength for jelqs. and stop about a half inch away from the head. take your time, you dont get a medal for going too intense on yourself and you might over train and have to take a week or so off…. I hate taking time off so I keep the intensity on medium-high.

You shouldn’t feel any pain. Maybe some soreness or fatigue, but not pain.

IMO, stretching will give minor soreness in the ligs surrounding the base of your shaft. Jelqs don’t really leave much soreness behind. I jelq all the way from my base to the end of my glans, usually starting with my opposite hand at the base when my jelqing hand is about half an inch behind the glans and moving through the glans. I do a little hold there to promote maximum bloodflow into the dickhead. Looks nice!
