Where did come the strenght
Hi, I’m new here, for a little time I’ve been start P.E. And always stoped doing, and doesn’t matter the why, because it’s all excuses..
BUT, I don’t want to give more excuses, also I don’t no where did I’ll get strenght to keep going when I don’t want to, the question is: I never had to go further the pain/tired.
Can you help me? How you to go further? What keep you motivate?
I can’t do this alone..
