Just a question GettinGrown (or to anyone else) because I can’t find a comprehensive guide on this site. I can see you’ve got really accurate BPEL etc. Is there a guide on the best ways to objectively measure?

I’d love to post regular updates but I’m a bit worried about accuracy.

Hi Juan, I measure to the nearest 16th of an inch as that is the smallest increment on my/most rulers in the USA. I then convert it to decimal notation by dividing i.e. 15/16”, so while it appears my measurement is accurate to within 1/1000 of an inch it’s really only accurate to within 1/16”. You are much better off with your metric system, just measure to the nearest mm and track your stats in cm’s and if you want to publish in inches use a converter to go from cm to inches. Besides this make sure your posture is the same for each measurement, for example if you wish to measure sitting with back at a 90 degree angle measure that way everytime, and really try to get 100% EQ on each measurement. Millimeters or sixteenths of an inch I think are both perfectly acceptable tolerances for measuring and tracking gains.

Beginner931 don’t think about all this stuff ok just keep on doing PE and you will gain. Same here I did the newbie routine for 2 months I only gained 0.2 in length that is like nothing and girth I gained 0.1 .. I was like BPEL 4.9” when I started then I stopped PE.. I thought this was just a waste of time then out of the blue I started PE about 40 days ago.. I have gained like hell.. First complete your newbie routine if you do not gain with that then pm me I will tell you about my routine.. My routine is focused on the length side :P


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

The only reason for measuring your penis is to find out what size it is so that you can reliably know if your PE is working. So the measurement has to be repeatable.

The most repeatable method is:

For length:

Stand up straight. Have your penis erect and parallel to the floor. Bone press a ruler into the fat pad directly on the centre line of your penis, until it is as close to the pubic bone as you can get it without pain. A wooden ruler is often most comfortable and you can cut the end of the ruler so it has no ‘blank bit’ and starts at zero. Record the measurement.

For girth:

Either use a seamstresses tape measure, or wrap a piece of paper around your penis (either just take a mid shaft measurement, or take a mid, base and glans measurement). Where the paper crosses, mark it with a pencil and hold it against your ruler. Whatever tension you pull the paper to, make sure that is the tension you use every time. Record the measurement.

Thanks firegoat, that’s perfect. Just measured for my starting stats. Took note of tension etc. As well so I can replicate it. Considering taking photos as well to track progress.

Welcome Wang. Glad there is a group like this, as I think it is important.

Consider setting some ‘shorther’ goals so that you can seriously rejoice. Then recalculate when you reach them. 3 inches is a hell of a lot of gain. I think if anyone gains at least one inch, it is time to party and then push on. Best to you in your PE work.

All of you. When you go just above 6 inches you will be amazed by the difference. And you can all do it. Not all will reach 7 or 8 inches. But 6, 6.5? Very, very.very possible.And once you are there you are covering about 70 to 80% of women preferences.

You can actually reach 7 to 8 inches ,(But there’s a catch). It all boil’s down to a proper routine ,intensity and proper de-conditioning break’s.

I think most can gain at least 1”x0.5” if they pick a routine and stick with it for say a year. Beyond that is luck of the draw, your dedication, and how long you are willing to invest.
