When you have no gains, when should you switch routines
Hey fellow PE’rs. I just had a quick simple question I wanted to pose. I’ve been PEing now for about 3 months and haven’t seen maybe but the smallest gains in that time.
I know I’ve read countless people saying “don’t worry , it took me 6 months to start seeing my first gains and then they were quick, etc etc.”
What I want to know is, if something isn’t working, should I change what I’m doing? Do I do an easier / harder version of the noobie routine? Or is consistency key?
