When Ya'll Say No Porn...

Ok, I have reached the1” gain number and am extremely happy about it BUT, I haven’t been able to fully show it off due to some EQ issues.
I need to take the advice around here about cutting out the porn but I have a question on that. Is cutting out porn eliminating all the movie stuff or is it everything, movies and pics?
Cutting out the movies wouldn’t be horrible (although I would miss some lesbian movies) but do I need to eliminate looking at all naked women to get the EQ back to expected levels?

If you suspect your EQ issues are porn induced, then you need to become a saint in the porn department. Cut out everything. Seeing multiple men and women having sex in extreme ways all the time is not what we were made for and we will eventually succumb to porn induced boredom with the associated EQ problems. I would also eliminate ALL naked women from your menu unless it is your wife or girlfriend. Keeping it real with real women and staying away from the fake trash on the internet and tv should improve your condition significantly.

Yep. I even turn away from the tv when a Victoria Secret commercial comes on. Granted, I do this for more reasons than just EQ but it still remains a consistent way of maintaining pure and strong sexual health.

I would say to try your hardest to stay clear of as much of it as you can. It is impossible not to see porn, especially when browsing the internet. But we have to just try to ignore it the best we can and not get lured into its traps.

A few weeks ago, a work friend and I took a trip to the local strip joint. Thinking this would help my mood out, I went along with it. What I got out of it was a tease. With continued trips there, I know I would suffer once again from EQ problems. Yes, these are real women and I’m touching their breasts, but doing so, especially frequently will cause a shift in what my brain considers real sexual activity. It will therefore thrust me back to where I was before. He insists I join him again and I decline knowing the ramifications if I do. He goes about twice a week. I have warned him of what could happen, but he insists I’m nuts. I guess he’ll have to learn the hard way.

Yeah, I think any external visual aids you would or have used to gain or maintain an erection have got to be removed. I am about 17 days into a “NoFap 90” or whatever you want to call it. Meaning no porn, not the clips or the photos, and no masturbation either. I was finding it harder and harder, or should I say “more difficult” to get and maintain erections for PE workouts, and I am almost positive it stems from edging to, and using porn, to maintain erections while pumping. At 46 I just figured it was a decline in function due to aging. Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t, but reading about dude’s positive results from doing these “reboots”, I decided I’d give it a go.

Nothing. No pictures. No videos. No erotica. If you’re looking at someone naked, it needs to be your partner. Otherwise you’re gearing your brain for sex with people on a screen. That’s the short of it.

So basically when we say “No Porn” we mean No Porn. And take that from a guy who has struggled with porn induced ED for ages.

Not to mention all the lies about sizes and such.

Basically it gives you an overall wrong and distorted view about the sexual sphere.

I still look away from pictures of women with big butts in sexy clothing. I don’t turn my head but I focus on something else. Even on this site. It becomes a habit. In your journey you will even have vivid dreams of your self watching porn. That is OK and is not cheating. Trust me they will be very clear if you truly are abstaining from pictures and videos.

Here is a shortened topic I found googling around and I find they may help in your decision about masturbation itself. It is a Vice Magazine article: “The Scientific and Personal Benefits of Not Masturbating”. I am sorry if it miss the topic a little, but I found it interesting to share with everybody.

Also if you choose not to masturbate and look at porn you become more of a “hunter” for women(if you are single). It is what I was trying to get at in another thread but the masturbaters weren’t trying to hear it. You become more motivated to get your ass out there and meet women. It is not to say you are out to fuck them all and become a man whore. You simply become more motivated to meet them instead of passing by the most beautiful women you’ve ever seen just to go to your room and masturbate.

How do you edge without porn? Thats my issue. My eq is shit right now. I’m currently on a break. My last PE routine was on Monday. I think I need a couple of wks off.

Porn is a huge cause of EQ problems. Stop watching it and your EQ will increase. It will take some time, but it will return to normal. So take some time off of edging and try stopping porn. Believe me, you’ll notice the difference in your EQ.

I’m going to try it. I’m very concerned, because even those OTC tablets like Rhino and the other brands are not working.

I was talking to a girl that told me a 7 inch penis hurt her. I’m about 8, but with horrible eq. This guy was a rock hard 7 and was doing damage. I have to get my eq up.

Abstain yourself completely from porn and plan a different masturbation/sex schedule. If you do it every day, change to once a week.
