When to start the 3 days on1 day off routine

Hello,

I have been doing PE for about 8 weeks now, and have made consistent gains with my 2 days on/1 day off routine. Should I move onto the 3 days on/1 day off routine now or wait for another 3 or so weeks?

I think most of the experienced PEers would advise you to keep to a routine for as long as it produces gains. No need to change something that works, right? Otherwise your gains might become less than consistent.

Yeah, just keep going till the gains stop.

I think you need to go by the feel of it. If your unit feels fatiqued and sore, take a break. I am on day 2 of a break. After 2 days on, my unit has ached all day, so there was no need in forcing the issue. I think everyone needs to forget about days and times of/for routines as much, and focus on how your dick feels.

As a decision I will stick with the 2 days on/ 1 day off as I am still spotting with the current routing, also (now that I’m talking about this), is spotting (red dots) a guaranteed sign of PE?

My understanding is that “spotting”, (the red dots seen on the shaft after a workout), are considered to be neutral PI’s. So, in general, it is not necessarily good or bad, depending on the amount of spots.

Hi,

I am now on 390 five second jelq’s 2 days on/1 day off, I am still experiencing length gains but they are decreasing. Would it be more effective to decrease the jelq’s to about 350 but do 3 days on/ 1 day off?
