When to start PUMPING

Alright, after about two months of uncertainty, I’m finally going to start PE.

I will start with the newbie routine of:

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

NOW. I WANTED TO KNOW WHEN I SHOULD ADD PUMPING. SHOULD I INCORPORATE PUMPING WHEN I START THIS NEWBIE ROUTINE OR WAIT. AND IF SO FOR HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT.

First of all, leave the caps lock on its own.

In my opinion you should only pump when any manual exercise and clamping doesn’t give you gains. Then pumping becomes an option, not any time sooner.

Your current routine gave me good newbie gaine’s in my first two months.

I think you you will start best with this and have a decon break for two weeks after it.

I think it could work out great….
