When to start mixing up the Newbie Routine

I’m going into my 4Th week of PE and I wanted to know when it was a good time for me to start mixing up the Newbie Routine. When should I increase the number of Jelqs and throw in new stuff? Thanks in advance.

How much stretch and jelq time do you put in right now and how many days a week? Also, are you staying in control, or are you experiencing any discoloration or erection problems at your current level?

When all Newbie gains stall out. You should never change a routine if it is giving you gains.

I do 500 wet jelqs

One minute manual stretching in 9 angles, so 9 minutes total

And 300 kegals

5 days on and 2 days off.

I havent measured myself but I do notice gains, but I don’t know how much. Need to find a good measuring device.

You need some more stretches man.

I’d say so too, I do about 15-20 mins of stretching total, and I have some seriously noticable gains, I’ll measure in the new year and see what it has done, but what ever works for you. I would try and up the stretches and see what happens.

I agree, I am doing a routine of 45 min of stretching right now

Wow 45 minutes of stretching!

I’m on newbie as well, entering my second week of it and still on 5 minutes but slowly increasing it.

I’ve never read of anyone on here so far having a 45 minute stretching.

How much stretching should I do a day?

Like do you do sets of stretching?

How many seconds of minutes total should I hold each position for?

Yea just listen to the signs your body show.

I have a question myself: After a few months of stretching and jelqing and increasing the levels of them, whats a good “next step”? There are so many types of stretching and clamping and squeezing and hanging and what-not routines out there. Which to try?

I’ll start to do 3 sets of the stretches I do now so that should be 27 minutes total in the various angles. Up down, sides and diagonals.

Should this be good?

My unit seems to be very resiliant. I am hard on it, but I never feel any real pain, discoloration, or any other bad effects.

I only feel the normal strain at the base when stretching so I’m sure I can up the intensity no problem.

I’m dissapointed! I should have asked this before I wasted 2 weeks.

I can never get erect hard enough to get the best measurements, but I have only gained very little Id say length wise. The erections feel much harder probably because of the kegals and jelqs.
