When to PE

Guys, I Am Planning to start finally getting into PE seriously.. I have been doing the Newbie Routine about 4 to 5 weeks, about 2 times a week. Should I Just start over the Newbie Routine and Do it with a More frequent Schedule ( Like 5 times a weeks) How much should I Do it during a week? Should I ever have a rest day?

5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)

50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.


This is the Newbie routine word-for-word.

2 days ON / 1 day REST, would be 5 training days, 2 rest days overall.

Yeah, I agree with Tivase here. Just start over and follow the newbie routine as described above.
