When to move up in time
I have a question about when to move up in time on the newbie routine?
As in, if you start with 10 min of jelqing, when and/or at what pace or determining factor should the time factor be bumped up?
Also, I have read that pain is bad and someone should not train through pain. But what about a tingle or sensation (as in being aware of the area that has been worked, not pain)?
