Alright, I already made a mention in my introduction post that I’m looking more for girth gains and flaccid gains over length, but I thought I’d go into more detail about my situation now.

I’m starting out at about 7.9 x 4.65, and even though I’ve never had any complaints about it, (I’ve only been with two women) I always feel like sex would be more enjoyable if I was bigger. Also, I just want to get bigger for myself.

I’ve only been doing PE for about 2 weeks now, doing the newbie routine and adding in some Uli #3s. Measuring immediately after my exercises I’m at 8.3 x 5. I was just wondering what exercises some more experienced users have gained girth with, and how long I should wait before attempting them. (I don’t care how big my penis could get if it isn’t going to work properly)

You should do jelqing at 50-70% erection level for girth. You are only a newbie, so don’t try anything too crazy yet.

I would say spend 4-5 months with just the newbie routine to get yourself conditioned and then look into clamping. I have done plenty of girth oriented exercises and that has given the fastest and best results to me.

Two weeks and already doing Ulis? Be careful.

Work your way into clamping. You’re borderline huge in length, above average in girth. Clamping should give you solid girth gains, better EQ, and possibly some length. But it IS important to condition with the newbie routine first.

Slow down. Don’t do anything except the newbie routine for at least three months and preferably four. Prove to yourself you can stick with it and get your penis conditioned. It will also give you time to understand your limits and what works for you. Otherwise, your next post might be asking about a firm, flaccid penis.

Alright, I’ll remove the uli’s. So minimum 3 months on the newbie routine (and I’ll try to stress ‘minimum’), and then I can look at uli’s and clamping. Thank you everyone.

7’9” yaw. I would stay away from PE.

Goal: NPEL 7.0 x 6.5 EG

You are almost at eight! That’s my final length goal!!! All you need to work on is girth I would say.

I recommend girth work also.


Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

Dude do not fix something that is not broken girth wise your on the higher end of average

The average condom girth size is only 2 1/2” to 4.4”
even the magnums are not that big Large is only 5”girth and XL is 5.4”

plus a lot of girth makes you penis look smaller. I know this for a fact since I have to deal with it.

I have worn the trojan magnum XLs, they seem to fit fine although after orgasm they slide up a tiny bit while pulling out, ~half an inch, but not anything to risk spilling. But like I said, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with my penis, I also want it bigger for myself.. I also enjoy working out a lot for the same reasons I guess. I really would love to be doing just girth exercises but with needing to stick to the newbie routine to make sure I don’t injure myself, I suppose I wouldn’t mind some length gains too ;)

Well, I now know the winking smiley blows kisses. I would not have included it had I known that.
