When to Expect Gains.

Well, I’m guessing the answer to this is that it’s different for each person, but I’ll ask the question anyway.

I started PEing about 3 weeks ago. I also stopped an antidepressant medication that was decreasing my libido and, therefore, my fully erect size.

On the medication, my erections were not as full and they measured in at just over 5.5 NBPEL. I measured myself tonight, fully erect, and my NBPEL was almost (just short of) 6 inches. I’m thinking that most of these gains are simply an increase in erection quality.

I’ve been jelqing and doing stretches almost every day. A few days ago, I started a routine I nabbed from a forum member who grew about 2 inches in 4 months (I think). The routine involves 30 minutes of stretching and 60 minutes of jelqing (along with the standard warm-up and warm-down, of course). His routine also involved a penile traction device, which I do not currently own.

I’m wondering when I could possibly see gains. Can I tell if I’m a fast gainer if I observe gains after a certain amount of time PEing?

Any information or advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Unfortunately I don’t have an answer for you, but what antidepressent were u on? I’ve been taking wellbutrin. I was taking 300, but now just 150. I don’t know why I still take it…but that another story.

I was taking 20mg of Lexapro before.

Now I am taking 20mg of Viibryl per day and 150mg of Wellbutrin.

From what I understand, Viibryl is meant to have the same benefits as Lexapro without the sexual side effects.

My goal is to keep out of measurements before 2 months. Is tempting but I keep telling myself “Dont do it!”

Do not do this. Do the newbie routine. You’ll almost certainly overwork yourself if you jump right into 60 minutes a day and then you’re gains will slow down, not speed up. I’m not calling bullshit, but I’ve never actually even seen someone claim to have gained 2 inches in 4 months on this site, and if they did, they’re definitely in the ‘feak gainer’ range.

As you already know, no one can tell you. Some people notice gains in weeks, others in months, others still take years to find methods that actually work for them. Just be consistent and equally important, be patient. Follow the advice that has been repeated thousands of times and do the newbie routine for at least 3 months before getting into the harder stuff.

First gains might come fast for you(they usually come), but 2 inches in 4 months sounds bullshit. I’m not saying that it is, but I have my doubts.

I’ve almost PE for a year now and I’ve gained 1 inch.

You are not going to grow 2 inches in 4 months. Unless you eat 3 chili peppers per day and do jelq-dick-crushers until your penis explodes.

Travesty, no one can give you a precise answer to your question - PE isn’t exact science. But what is sure is that if you are consistent, gains will come.

I recommend you do a reality check, or you may hurt your penis. You started PE 3 weeks ago and already you adopted a routine that intensive? That won’t give you gains quicker, but it could make your penis lose power and size, although only temporary. You just get back on the newbie routine for another month at least, and start gradually increasing intensity, and incorporate advanced exercises.

PE is not a race, it is a marathon, and should be approached as such.

Depends a little bit on the routine you have. I personally just started PE just now and I’ll wait 8 weeks before measuring. I have quite intense routine 5 days with 50 min. Session and 2 days off.

Newbie routine until your gains plateau.

Doing a routine such as you described will fatigue your dick prematurely and most likely toughen it to the point where it will resist your efforts substantially.

For only 3 or 4 days? No, you are fine. People here have done WAY more extreme things to their cocks and come out alive (or should I say erect). That does not mean you should, lol

Just be more precise and consistent with your PE. “3 or 4” doesn’t cut it. You should know whether its 3 or 4 or 5 (whatever), if you catch my drift.

From what I’ve read, I’ve gotten the feeling that the more robotic you are in regards to your PE, the more chance of success you have.

It was 4 days with rest on the third. Today was the 4th day.

I’ll follow the Newbie Routine and try to be more disciplined in my efforts.

I grew from 3.75 to 5.65 in less than four months my routine was twice a day for jelqs for 30 minutes changing hands and positions warm up and wam downs, used baby oil a bit messy but worked good .Never stretched until later I understood conditioning was important even though I ended up injuring myself as I dared to use tecniques like uli’s and had to take rest to recover two months the rest period was crucial as I experienced gains then not before. Nowadays I am 7 x5.4 but that may be due mostly to bathmate and extender usage.

I just started trying the routine that I described earlier in this thread. I started it five days ago and performed it a total of 3 times. I took one rest day yesterday.

I followed a routine close to the newbie routine for the first week. After that, I had some slightly more intense PE sessions. I started PE 3 weeks ago.

So is it best to start with the newbie routine, or is it fine to go with something a little more intense?

I’m thinking the answer will be: It’s safer to start with the newbie routine. Go with something more intense at your own risk.
