When to do PE

What’s the best time to do PE ? I want to do PE 2 times a day so when is the best time to do ? In the morning and before bed or ?

I would say morning then before bed . Also make sure you traction wrap or some form of extension to save the progress. Heal in extended state.

Also ,I’m wondering have you or anyone heard of a program called phalogenics or something like that ? If so have you used it and/or what’s your take on it ? Also I would have started a new post but I didn’t really know how or even if I could .

I don’t believe there’s much merit to “healing in an extended state”. A belief of the old school PE as I understand it.

Whenever is convenient for you. PE is a part of life not a way of life, I say this from personal experience. If you get obsessive over it your whole day will revolve around your routine.

Yeah I don’t really buy the traction wrap either. I don’t use it and I gain just fine.

Morning and bedtime is fine if that works for you man.

As a newbie you should only do PE once a day period. Twice a day is difficult keep under control without going overboard even for experienced guys.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’m quite new to PE and after 2 months I also wanted to do it twice a day so I’ve split the newbie routine in 2 parts. I do the first one the morning in the bath (warm up and 20 manual stretches of 30s with 30s breaks in between each) and the second one in the evening in the bed watching TV (500 C-Jelqs of 3s each and some kegels).

I do not know if it will give better or worse gains but I enjoy doing it like that and I listen a lot my body to try to prevent any injury. It just helps to keep me motivated.

It’s not an advice; it’s just how I do it.

I started out with 7.25 NBEL . I been doing PE maybe 5 years on and off half heartedly . Trying different techniques like manual PE and Bathmate are a couple things . I just started back recently around end of July 2017 . Going hard this .This time I been more consistent with pumping and now I incorporated some hanging . With the hanging and pumping I get some turtling .So I wrap or use a silicone sleeve .I gained what seems to be a little over a quarter of and inch . I don’t know if the gains come from hanging and pumping or which . I do know the wrapping and sleeve helped with the turtleneck.
To be honest I hate the hassle of putting either on . Seeing how you gained I might throw it out the routine

I think ideally it would be before you sleep because it is when you sleep that your body goes into repair mode. In that regard, twice a day seems like a waste of time. One workout with a focus on quality controlled damage is what I try and shoot for.

Even tho you’ve done PE before your still considered “new” in terms of conditioning. This is most likely why your turtling. I would say pick one hanging or pumping but for now not both. If you feel like you need to do both just make sure to hang first pump last. Just my opinion

I see now! Eventually it will not turtle .
Glad to know I was going in the right direction as far as hanging then pumping..
