When to do PE

Hi,

I have a busy schedule and am wondering if doing PE at different times during the day (for example, 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in afternoon, 10 minutes in evening) would limit progress?

Different things work for different guys. If that is the time you have available you can try it. If it doesn’t work for you, you can try to rework the time table according to your schedule again.

In my opinion you should do stretching in the morning ,then in the evening do jelqing or vice-versa . If I had the time/privacy I would do it this way.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I pe throughout the day.

Right now I do

Morning: 10min clamping 10min wet jelq
Lunch: 10min clamping 10min wet jelq
Dinner: 3x5min bathmate
Bed: 1hr stretching


Aug 5th 2005: BPEL: 6.5 -- EG: 4.5 (start)

May 16th 2015: BPEL: 8.0 -- EG: 5.25 (present)

Goal: 8.5x5.5

Totally depends what you are doing, what your PIs are and if you are gaining. For me, I don’t think three 10 minute sessions would be enough to gain, but some guys are easy gainers and some are not.

My current routine has me doing 2 full sessions a day, plus various quick exercises throughout the day. Morning and evening sessions are roughly 1-2 hours based on what I’m doing for the day. If I’m working from home, I tend to do more pumping, esp. water pumping, throughout the day on top of my morning session. If I got to my office, I will do light stretches or dry jelqs. I also wear a leather strap (full package) that is amazing at keeping my post-pump gains; it keeps my flaccid at max plumpness/heaviness and my balls hanging heavy and full. I wear it for 3-4 hour stretches with 30 min breaks thru the day.

Find the time, make the time. Get a routine that works for you. As long as you’re doing something.
