When to do PE
Does the time of day matter when you do PE? For instance is it better to do it in the when you wake up, in mid day or before bed? I was also wondering if it was somehow advantageous of an individual to do all PE at one time or should the exercises be split up between the day. I.e. Jelqing in morning and stretching at night. O and one more question should I jelq or stretch everyday?
