When to do PE

Does the time of day matter when you do PE? For instance is it better to do it in the when you wake up, in mid day or before bed? I was also wondering if it was somehow advantageous of an individual to do all PE at one time or should the exercises be split up between the day. I.e. Jelqing in morning and stretching at night. O and one more question should I jelq or stretch everyday?

Well I usually stretch in the shower, and jelq before bed, or when I get home alone.

Anytime is a good time to PE. I dont think we have found a link between time of day and results so just do what works into your schedule. Start with the newbie routine and slowly work your dick into PE. Good luck!

The best time of day to do PE is when you have time to focus on it. As long as you do it, I don’t think it matters what time of day it is. That is also my answer for whether or not you should do it all at once or not. If you have time to focus on doing it all at once then cool. If not, then split it up. I personally can’t spend a solid hour on PE. I’d rather spend that time with my wife and daughter. So I jelq in the morning in the shower, stretch whenever I can during the day, and stretch and clamp at night after my family is in bed.

So really you just need to do what is best for you to be able to stick to it. Whatever and whenever is most convenient is usually best. That way you are more inclined to keep up with it, instead of feeling like it is getting in the way and quitting.

As far as doing it everyday. There are varying opinions on this and everyone’s body is different. I stretch every day, jelq M-F, and clamp 2 to 3 days a week. I just find that my body responds best to that type of schedule. You really need to experiment a little and find out what works best for you.


Anytime is fine. But I’ve found that jelqing shortly before bedtime is the best. I tend to wake up with massive girth in the morning everytime I do this. It’s due to nocturnal erections + PE. My girth is 6 1/8 inches midshaft but my morning wood is usually 6.5 inches in girth.

I always do my jelqing around 11pm…
