When to do kegels

I’m doing the Newbie routine and was wondering whether it’s OK to do Kegels at some time other than at the end of the routine. I find it much more convenient to get kegels done during the afternoon or early evening, then do the rest of the exercises last thing at night.

Any thoughts?

A simple answer is “Do kegels anytime and anywhere you want”.
Kegel can also be done during you are performing other exercices, for example Jelqing. It’s because you want more blood flow into your penis.

After a week of kegeling, you’ll find it’s easier to perform Kegel anytime you want.
