When to begin deconditioning?
Hello guys, I’ve been working to a PE routine now for 6 months. I’ve been pretty consistent, but took two weeks off all manual work and a few days off the extender due to serious lack of EQ and what felt like a tight pelvic floor. Like many newbies, after 6-8 weeks I found my erection quality go through the roof and made quick girth gains of .2. Resulting over-zealousness and some dubious advice to do a 5-days-on-2 days off routine while increasing intensity led to fatigue and a sudden halt to my bludgeoning gains. I reset, started jelqing but with a lower intensity, just enough to get my EQ up and running again and after a few months of consistent work, I feel I’m on the move again, doing one-day-on one-day off. What I’d like to know is, when should I stop for deconditioning and to consolidate any gains? I’d ideally like to reach 7” x 5” (I’m currently 6.5 and 4.8) before I have a month break. I fear a loss of momentum, but also fear overdoing it again.
