When to add exercises to the routine?

When to add exercises to the routine?

Hi , I’m doing the newbie routine meanwhile.

What routine should I do after I’m done with the newbie routine?

And also, after how much months can I start clamping or at least start with flaccid bends?

Thanks

After your newbie gains cease. Maybe 5-6 months or so.

Thanks , and what about the flaccid bends?

Can I add them after 3 months of newbie routine?

There’s no set time to ramp things up. If PE is still really new to you, I’d hold off for a few months before you add anything. If you’ve been doing it for 3 months and want to try some flacid bends, give it a shot to see how it feels. The only person that can really tell if you’re ready to step things up is you. Just don’t add anything that’s too advanced and you should be fine.

If you gained from the routine, you can keep running it until gains stall. I’m sure at that point you can evaluate what helped you gain and from then on you can add more according to your needs.
