When nothing seems to work

Hello dear people of thunder`s place.

I`m very happy i came across this place two years ago,
i`ve been reading everything carefully and always kept optimism at maximum,still am…

i`ll just spit it out,I am small.
under the average,
I am a nice looking,well preserved,kinda guy.

I always had a problem with my size and every woman i`ve been with had a slight turn down when things got hot.
I don`t “act” as a small member kind of guy.i have lots of self confidence.
but this size,my size is a problem i have to deal with.

Ive been doing the newbe routine religiously for almost a year with out any steady gain.non…
I am now 2 years into my PE training and besides a slight FL and FG there are no EL gains.

I did gain in terms of BPFSL about 2 cm but thats it.

besides hanging,I have done almost every Routine on this wonderful site (and then some other sites as well).
Currently measuring at:
EL 12.9CM
BPEL 16.1CM
BPFSL 16.4CM

My body is slim and healthy (kinda),
I dont eat junk food,i dont drink sugary beverages,
alcohol is very rare in my fridge,
I DO smoke and i dont do alot of sport besides 2 hours strolls everyday with the dog for a little foot and heart exercise.

2 years into PE and i Have to bee doing something wrong,
I am willing to try anything besides Pills,
And i have all the patience needed to Not rush things.

so,any guidance,any recommendation would be a bless in my state.

Something doesn’t add up.

If your BPFSL has increased, your penis is longer, period. We should try to understand why this gain isn’t showing up in erect state.

a) How is your EQ?
b) How old are you?
c) Are you monitoring EG at 3 points?
d) Have you tried pumping/clamping?

i just did a new measure,right now.
as of 5 minutes ago i am:
EL13.3cm
BPEL 15.2cm
BPFSL 16.2

I also have an upward curve that i fix out when measuring.

1)My EQ is rock solid 98% of the time,its so hard it can cut through metal.but i never had it any other way.my EQ was always very very hard and stable and could stay that way for long periods of time.
2)I am 34 of age
3)I only did a single “proper” measure of girth,i can`t remember the measurement,I now do it by eye and by hands.
4)I have tried pumping,i had a nice expansion that would subside after 20 minutes and never cemented (tried pumping for 6 month). I clamp at every PE session end, after the stretches and jelqings,about 2\3 sets of 15min clamping with a hair bend.very tight one,not a real tourniquet.

I can see why it doesn’t add up,But i can assure that i am pretty slim,even below my weight to height ratio,
and when judging by eye alone,there is no visible fat anywhere on me.

Well, sorry but we have a serious problem here. You don’t have consistent measurements so it is hard to say if you gained or not. At the best you can say you have not gained a lot.

Pumping requires more than 6 months I think to give measurable gains out of the tube. So said, if your major issue is length and you are sure what you did has not worked, the most logic path would be to try hanging/extender.

its true i don’t have consistent measurements,my gains or lake of them are inconsistent altogether,
I have written down my latest measurements as of today,but i cannot assure my self to measure the same tomorrow,
my size is always fluctuating within these sizes 12.9 cm to 13.3 cm EL.
on the BPEL and the BPFSL it fluctuates less.
so the reasonable measure would be 13cm i hope.

as for goals,well,i don`t shoot for the stars,i don`t have any “real” goal so to say,
if i`m gaining length than i`m happy,girth,happy to :)

I just want to get in the “just-a-bit-over-the-average” club.
In my case,even a 2cm gain could be a final achievement.

I might have depleted my “manual” options ?

I could write down about my current routine,that ofcourse after doing the TP Newbe routine for more than a year.
my latest routine,the one i am using for the past 3 month (and after trying others from here and other sites).

Warm up at the shower 5min.
additional warm up with a rice sock 15min.
stretch to every direction - 5min every pull (sometimes more) 40 to 60min. stretching time
jelq about 200 to 300 strokes,100 normal,100 over hand and switch back,every 100 strokes.
hair bend clamp 2\3 sets of 15min clamp with 85 to 100% EL.

I must say that with this routine i do see minor gains with FL\FG but that it,no EL gains what so ever.

Wow. 40 to 60 minutes stetching time? If that has not given gains, I don’t know what could. It is also surprising that your EQ has remained fine, that amount of work could kill a horse.

I can’t think to anything else than wearing an extender for a few hours daily.

yup.. 40 to 60 mins with out any gains or EQ loss.
and i might have sex 2 hours or more after my session with a 100% EL.

any extender recommendation ?

Please apply the proper rules of grammare (Capitalization etc.), we are pretty anal about that here.

I don’t own any commercial extender so I’m not going to advice any. If you do a search here you’ll see that there are tons of threads asking that question, though, so a lot of members feedback about different commercial devices. We also have threads about building homemade device just as good as commercial ones, if not better.

Actually i’ve done the same routine a long time ago but without results.
I’ ve trained 15 min a day with different approach and i gained 1/4 inch in 2 months or less.
It’s how you train :)


Started october 2011 :

BPEL 13.5 MSEG 14 BEG 14.5

Today : BPEL 14.3 ,MSEG 14 BEG 14.5

Wait, so your BPEL is anywhere from 15.2 to 16.1cm (or 6 - 6.6”)? That’s not small at all. In fact, that’s probably on the larger side of average? What am I missing here?

You said that you have done almost every routine on this site.. in 2 years?

Maybe you going in to strong and doin way to much so you have toughened up your weenie instead of trigger to gain. It’s like andrea_pe said, iit’s how you train.

Maybe you need a break and start from the beginning?

That would be my take as well. Do a serious deconditioning break then start back up with a “less is more” approach.
