All of you,for you’re answers.
I never pushed too hard,always went gently and
With lots of patience.

At first,the first 3 month looked like its going somewhere.
I was adding mores stretching time and jelq strokes.
To the point that i did:
20min warm up
40min stretches
40min jelqing or more
Warm down
All of this,using the newbe routine as a bible.

It seemed like i gained a full cm at first but no matter how persistent i was,nothing happened.
At some point i started to look at different routines.

I only gained in BPFSL and just a tiny little in FL

After about 14 month i may have been pushing harder.

I just can’t loss up my ligs…
I have all the patience and persistence needed for PE but it just don’t work for me.
Never the less i will keep trying,just need guidance maybe.

Have you tried using heat during your PE, not just as a warm up but as a constant?

Behemoth: yes i have.infact, I am using the rice sock at least 20min into my stretching part of the routine

I think you would do good to take a nice break from PE and then start from the beginning making sure to use heat and not overdo it. To me it sounds like you have toughened your unit by overworking it. I could be wrong and if I am I am sure someone will correct me shortly.

I might did some mistakes at the beginning.
I was very eager back than,but quickly understood the right way to PE.

I will try to back things off and only do fowfers and light stretching for a while.

Strongly considering an ADS since i have a private business.
Lots of time alone without disturbance

Took some time off,
Just doing shower stretches and some fowfers.

I am not rushing anything but would love to have some advice on where should i take my PE.

What should i try now ?

I have reached my goals

I found it very useful, and even though I don’t PE to gain any more I still take a couple of weeks off every six or so. I seemed to gain quite well when I was doing this six weeks on two weeks off seriously.
