When is your BPFSL its greatest?

When is your BPFSL its greatest?

Oddly, or counter-intuitively, my BPFSL is not its longest right after stretching, but about a half an hour or so later.

I gain about 1/8 - 1/4” in BPFSL between when I immediately stop manual stretches and some 30 minutes plus later.

Anyone else experience something like this?

My best BPFSL is 7 3/8”, up 3/8” from a couple months ago. My BPEL has stalled slightly, well in comparison to my newbie gains.

Hopefully, I’ll be seeing a BPEL growth spurt soon. When I get close to 7” BPEL, I’ll be shouting it from the rooftops.

Goal: BPEL 7.5" / MSEG 5.5" ||8===D~·.؁

I can’t just stretch mine to its max BPFSL. I really need to warm up and jelq/stretch while flaccid. After a while I can stretch it to slightly over 8” though I have not measure for a while now. If I just drop trow and try to measure BPFSL it is definitely less than that.


Current (Sept 15, 2011) BPEL - 7.6 MSEG - 5.8

Goal 8 x 6 (preferably NBPEL)

Yeah, I guess it goes something like this…

1. Do my routine, including manual stretches
2. Measure BPFSL, working my way into it. Disappointment, I’m at 7”.
3. Wait about 30 minutes, measure, working my way into it, and I’m at like 7 1/4” - 7 3/8”.

I’m not sure what my body is doing in that time.

In the shower, all that heat and steamy goodness. I measured once when I was in the shower, and I was 8” BPFSL and that was about a month ago when usually I was only about 7.8” BPFSL. I’m guessing I’d be about 8.2-8.3 in the shower.

After coming out of the extender, especially if I have used the rice sock. Under these ideal conditions, I can be up at least an additional 1/8 inch.
