When is it ready

You guys constantly refer to a “conditioned penis” and that you can’t do anything grand until you get one.

How long do I have to jelq and tug? I’ve been PEing 1,5 months, I’d like to get into clamping and hanging.

I’d say about 1.5 months longer ;)

Clamping and hanging is not for newbies. I did the newbie routine like 3-4 months and then I started to hang. Clamping is more dangerous then hanging because of the pressure in you’re dick. Just do some more work outs and get some knowledge about PE then start Clamping and hanging.

It is far better to have an newbie penis than an “conditioned” one. Many people have their greatest gains as a newbie. You should not be in such a rush to get a conditioned unit so that you can do “advanced” or “grand” exercises.

I second Fourofakind. Do a search on this site on deconditioning, and you’ll see that people actually take breaks from PE to get back to a less conditioned state.

Conditioning is a funny thing. The advantage of conditioning is that it lets you do more intensive exercises. The disadvantage is that you may NEED to do more intensive exercises just to get the same (or less!) gains than you did when you were just starting out.

Yeah, sounds logical but from what I gathered clamping seems to be the way to go but I don’t want it to fall off or shrivel up and die.

For now I’ll be happy to see ANY gains.. The newbie penis fairy missed my bedroom

If you think clamping is the way to go you might want to read this thread: Clamping - what is the average rate of gain?

I am not saying that clamping is bad or good… it is one technique of which there are many. I would not suggest that you look at clamping a the promised land.

I’ve seen none. I do:

2-3 mins warm-up
5 mins stretching all directions
20-25 mins dry jelq with the occasional squeeze
2-3 mins stretch
Warm down

Approx 5 on 1 off

Well I am sorry to hear that you have had no gains. It might be possible that you are overdoing it… do you think this is possible? When I started out I would do every other day and sometimes take two days off. Nevertheless you now have three options: 1) Take a break and try to get more rest in next time. 2) Escalation: try for even more intensity/duration. 3) Try different techniques (eg wet jelq, horse440, ADS, clamping, hanging, pumping).

Apparently I’m not conditioned yet for it..
I dunno I’m not giving up hope yet, I got at least some flaccid improvement but even those subside a bit on my rest days. I do do a good work out.. I got the donut effect twice which a know is not a good sign but it’s a sign of PE.

Since you seem to have been beating your unit up for some time now… you may, in fact, be plenty conditioned. However, if you have been beating your unit up, you may not yet know when too much is too much —> thus “advanced” exercises may be dangerous for other reasons.

Yeah I got that.. It happened twice in the beginning but not anymore.. But if I was overdoing it, it means that I was ACTUALLY doing it.. That was the point
