Hi, I’m new here, but I’ve been PEing for some time off and on.

Ok, so before you ask to do a search on this topic, I already did, and read the 2 threads related to this, and they didn’t help me out at all. As long as I have ever cummed, it always dribbles, not once did it shoot.

I’m 19 so age is not a factor. I have tried kegels, I daresay my kegel muscle is strong enough, because I can do kegels all day long, and not get any soreness. Even when I stop kegels for like 3 days to rest them, I still don’t shoot. I have tried edging for 3 hours every day and abstaining from jerking off and cumming for 3 days as well. I drink around 6 cups of water a day.

I have a foreskin, maybe that’s the problem, but even when I pull back on it to reveal my glans while cumming, it STILL doesn’t shoot out. Not even 1 centimeter of a shot, it just dribbles out. Do you have a garden hose ? You notice that normally the water flows out of it calmly but if you stick you finger in the opening, or pinch the hose just a bit, it sort of shoots out ? This is an old porn star trick. When you feel yourself reach the Point-of-no-return, with thumb and forefinger, gently squeeze the base of the penis. On the kegels, I assume you are doing the squeeze-n-hold-for-5-seconds type ? I would treat kegels the same way as any weight lifting exercise. Just keep it to a certain amount of reps ( a few hundred ?) and then only do them every other day. I remember a time when I was doing a 1000+ every day and not accomplishing anything.

Vitamin E helps for more cum? I’ve never heard that one. While I don’t doubt vitamin E plays a part in the healthy production of semen and sperm, I rather think water, amino acids and zinc have a more direct link.

I also wouldn’t recommend loading up on any fat soluble vitamin to excess as you can overdose and give yourself other problems. I don’t know about the toxicity plateau for vitamin E in specific, but I’m sure there is one. As long as you have reasonably balanced diet and have enough nuts, seeds and legumes (peanut butter counts) you’re probably okay. If you don’t tend to eat peanut butter, or sunflower seeds or whatever, the average multi-vitamin should be fine and give you plenty of vitamin E for semen production and everything else it’s responsible for in a healthy body. Walnuts are actually a superfood, in addition to vitamin E and selenium they also are a good source of omega 3’s. But we digress…

As far as the original poster’s concern, sometimes the glans is shaped in such a way that it is mostly closed even with a raging erection, which physically blocks ejaculate. Pinching back on the glans slightly pulls on the two skin folds and causes them to move apart, allowing the ejaculate to fly and be free. The makes sense if you think of it in terms of thrusting into a vagina, which would naturally provide some friction and likewise have the effect of pinching and pulling back (as the thrusting motion would tend to do) those same skin folds to clear the opening and allow delivery of the semen and sperm.

I don’t know as cumming in a big shooting spray on your partner is all that necessary, although I suppose it can be fun. I’d just caution you to consider that porn movies where that happens with regularity are one thing, actually having sex with someone you care about is another. Such displays are a standard feature of porn because it is essentially a visual medium and it is a convenient display of performance.

With someone you are involved with (or are getting involved with) these things tend to be less important. Well, I’m stumped. I’ll admit it.

Of course I don’t have your particular penis, so I can’t really make an accurate judgment.

Do you think it has to do with the actual ejaculatory response (the internal mechanism of ejaculation), or is it perhaps to do a physical obstruction in the anatomy (something to do with the penis or glans)?

Have you asked a doctor about it? Perhaps a urologist?

I researched how to increase the amount of my loads a few days ago. Read a thread called the Holy Grail…(of increasing your load), or something like that.

Went out and bought some L-arginine, Lecithin, and Zinc.

The Lecithin alone has made me shoot some unbelievable loads just after the second day alone…definitely worth a shot if you are looking to do the same.

I am normally a shooter but recently started using pygeum and lecithin to increase the size of my load. It worked but somewhat turned me into a dribbler. I have since reduced the amount of pygeum to half the recommended dose and I am shooting more but still good quantity. Perhaps there is an inverse relationship between quantity and shootability.

I thought about that recently. I’m taking some supplements (arginine, maca, lecithin.) and I’ve noticed bigger loads, but the cum just dribbles..

Maybe the bigger the loads, more strength you will need to shoot.

Is it really just a question of strength? Kegels?
