When did you take your first deconditiong break

When did you take your first deconditioning break? 6 months, a year, two years? How long did you take off? What were the results when you started up again?

If anyone out there could answer this question, that would be awesome because I really don’t understand why long deconditioning breaks of more than a fews weeks are beneficial.

I have never taken an decon break by choice, it is always dictated by the flows of my life. My first decon was about 5 months after I started PE because I moved to Spain and simply did not have the time or privacy to PE. I started PEing several times again after that but was unable to put in the same amount of dedication, so my results were not good. Eventually I found myself in a place where I was able to take PE seriously again; at this point in time I started gaining again.

Starting (10 / 2006): 5.8~BPEL, 5~BG ----> Current: 7.6 BPEL, 5.6 BG ----> Goal: Pringles Can

Thanks to those who replied. It looks like taking several days off can be very beneficial in the long haul for girth. I went really hard, and beat the hell put of my dick for four straight days (all girth) and after a few days off I feel thicker than I ever use to.
