When can I start doing girth workouts

I been doing PE about a month now and I wanted to is it time for me to start doing girth workouts?

I’ve only been doing it for just over a month, but I’ve been doing some clamping and squeezes ever since I started. That with manual stretches and jelqing. It seems to me like I’ve gained more girth than length, but I don’t measure again until next week.

Stick to the newbie routine for at least another month. Then you can do horses or ulis. Don’t start with clamping until you have been PEing for at least 3 months.

When you are done with length, and if you are not done, maybe you should have a length day then girth day, then off.

I believe when starting to go for girth you should be nearly satisfied with length.

Jelking is a girth workout. Slowly increase intensity, at higher erection levels. Jelk slowly and increase internal pressure. A New guy should be able to make some gains with this alone.

Jelqing seems to be the most underrated thing out, perhaps we can change the name to “Double-Rootin-Tootin Tunica Hammers” . If you jelq and focus on what you are doing it is a great all-around exercise.

Jelqing is both a girth AND length workout. It all depends on the erection level.

yeah, generally jelqing starts out working both…the more erect you jelq the more of a girth emphasis is placed. There was an excellent thread on it, but I can’t seem to find it now when I search.

Don’t rush it! Give it another month or so before you move up to horses 440, an exercise where you simply squeeze the base of your dick and the head at the same time while erect. But right now take it easy.
