When and for how long
I am thinking of getting started with PE. However, I notice that it is a chunk of time commitment per PE session (I.e. An hour yeah?) Do/can/should you break this up into various sessions throughout the day? I.e. Wrap and stretch in the morning, wrap and jelq in the afternoon, and kegel at night?
Also, for those of you who have a girlfriend or wife that you see everyday, when do you do your PE? I ask because I am in a serious relationship and even though she doesn’t live here, she comes over just about everyday right after work and stays until she goes home to sleep. I’d rather her NOT know about my PE experiment.. Recommendations?
I was thinking of waking up an hour earlier every day to do my exercise BEFORE work.. Just seeing how you all manage your time in terms of squeezing in your PE session. Thanks.
