What's your opinion about PE while on a diet
Spontaneously I feel that being on a calorie minus would be bad when PEing. I weight lift and are very serious on my calorie intake and count calories everyday. If you want to gain muscles you have to be on positive calories.
But I read some thread where some guys thought it could be positive to diet while PE.
I’m on a low calorie diet now so I first thought about wait to start some serious PE but now I changed my mind and began PE today.
I just wonder if you have any thoughts or own experiences from PE while dieting (with “diet” I mean negative calories) Did you gain or not, etc etc?
