What's your opinion about PE while on a diet

Spontaneously I feel that being on a calorie minus would be bad when PEing. I weight lift and are very serious on my calorie intake and count calories everyday. If you want to gain muscles you have to be on positive calories.
But I read some thread where some guys thought it could be positive to diet while PE.
I’m on a low calorie diet now so I first thought about wait to start some serious PE but now I changed my mind and began PE today.

I just wonder if you have any thoughts or own experiences from PE while dieting (with “diet” I mean negative calories) Did you gain or not, etc etc?

I’ve been on a liquid detox diet for 10 days now, my daily calories intake is about 500 cal. I drink about 4 quarters (about 4 liters) of water a day. It will likely sound crazy but my dick has never been so stretchable like the past 4-5 days, I can really feel the difference in my hands. I gained about half inch bpfl in a week, no idea if it’s a coincidence. Anyway I keep PEing and I ‘ve not had any problem so far, my libido increased, I feel energetic and focused, all good stuff.

I intend to go for a total of 20 days, crazy thing is I’m not even hungry and I don’t feel dizzy, feverish and all the negative stuff I was supposed to experience, mehe.

Well, eating healthy helps circulation so maybe it helps PE too. In these past few days I’ve been eating apples like crazy.

The only relationship I find is that dieting helps to reduce your fat pad but there is no evidence or established link between one and the other

Then again not evey woman desires Mr muscle I know quite a few that prefer average to heavy set as a PT chick I met few days ago she was a great fuck but she does not like muscular men at all.

Body takes energy to heal. If you cut energy, you will slow healing. Your EQ might suffer tho if you cut too much energy.

Nope. You body doesn’t work like a battery.

You actually have enough stored glucose, free testosterone, and proteins to repair minor injuries and heal bruises like with PE without needing food for a few days. Low EQ from dieting too hard can either be caused by low test or high adrenaline levels.

There isn’t much to heal either. PE is not like bodybuilding, your are not growing a bigger size because more meat, you are just enlarging TA which is so thin than requires very little ‘energy’ to be repaired.

‘Healing’ is not the right word either, I think PE should kindly trigger growth, not cause disruption and re-building.

Wow that thread is an eye opener, I’m not crazy then, I swear my dick feels a lot different since I started this detox so hypo-caloric, add the fact that I keep running 4 miles every day thus my balance is about 0 calories, that must be pretty stressful for my body. Really interesting..hmm

At least my gains were almost impossible the time when I was bodybuilding and eating healthy as you can. For a hanger example, its not just a “little” wound if your whole dick is sore and stretched. Now, if you don’t believe me that low energy actually helps with gains, then don’t.

500cal per day is really low, why if I may ask? GREAT to hear that you’re gaining, just some days ago I thought it would be useless to PE when I’m on my diet, but I did the first session yesterday and looking forward to it!

Well it’s not really a diet, it’s a Detox Juice Fast based mostly on fresh vegs and a minor part of fruits. There’s only so much cal. you can intake with vegs. I drink about 2 liters of juice + 2 liters of purified water per day. Usually the first time you are on a fasting program you go max for 7 days, because your body is not used to it. This is my 4th time in 2 years so my body got used to it. If it was a diet with the purpose of losing weight I wouldn’t cut back calories more than 15-20% of the cal. I burn per day. If you cut more than that at the beginning you experience a fast loss of weight, but in the long run your body goes in starvation mode and you reach a plateau pretty quickly . Better slow and long than fast and short diets.

Ps. Obviously I’m also losing weight with the detox, but that’s not really the scope, just a nice collateral effect .
