Whats your Motivation?
I know results very and that some lucky ones gain an inch right off the bat and then results slow down. I’ve been doing PE consistently for since July and my results haven’t been too good. I have increased my EQ and my flaccid hang seems better and don’t get me wrong any improvement is welcomed. I know that PE is a marathon not a sprint. My question is for those proven hard gainers, the ones who took years to gain 1 inch. What kept you going? What stopped you from giving up when day after day, week after week, month or month when you weren’t getting the results you wanted?
