What's your favorite PE exercise?

I have tried almost every PE exercise listed on the forum over the last couple of years. Of all of them, I really like clamping the best. I look forward to my daily routine which includes clamping. I have had a lot of long term success with it and the temporary gains have also proven useful.

Pumping for short sets at low pressure. Besides the PE benefits, it is very relaxing and calming. Almost like meditating or something. I think it causes the brain to release “feel good” chemicals.

She’s building quite a following! Nah I’m starting to see the finer points of the JAI now, I like to kegel on the end of the release phase.

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

Pumping, yet to get any girth from it but has helped with length.
