I am an absolute nubie at this but from what I have read on the net I thought I would give it a go. For the first week or so of exercises I noticed great gains. My penis looked thinker, hang better and just felt stronger. My wife had even noticed and I didn’t mention doing this at all. I was stoked that it actually worked.

Mow I have been doing it for a bit over a month and my penis actually feels and looks (to me at least) like it has become smaller than I started with. I know it is not just me as my wife has mentioned also.

What could I be doing wrong. My exercises haven’t changed at all just the results.

5 min Warm up, 10 min stretch, 10-20 min jelq, warm down

Could it just be something as simple, as the effects of colder weather? FF


Starting, summer '06: 6" EL, 6.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG / Currently: Approximately .4" length and .25" girth gains / Stretched ligs .5" - .6", increasing PBFL and flacid hang

Goal: 7.25" BPEL x 5.75" EG, currently over HALF WAY THERE! on length and ACHIEVED GIRTH!

Piercings: 4 Gauge PA (currently not wearing), Two 4 Gauge upper frenums, other non-genital

You say it “looks” and “feels” smaller. Do you have accurate starting and current measurements to compare? It’s common to have quick changes in hang and appearance, but I suspect these are largely from a higher state of arousal following the start of PE. It’s a very penis centric pursuit, right? So, your mind is quite focussed on your dick when you start. After a while the PE exercises become more routine, perhaps boring.

Stick closely with the suggested newbie routine, closely monitoring your PIs as you go. Give PE a good long while to work

Have you shaken hands with a stranger recently? :)

Either that or you might have a bad day, stressed out, over trained, maybe it’s a bit cold. Have you even measured?

Friend, I think it’s overwork. Try taking 5 days off, then restart with less intensity.

Thank you all for the replies. I haven’t measured yet which I probably should then I know for sure if it is bigger or smaller. No I haven’t shaken any strangers hands lately. It is the verge of summer here and quit hot so I don’t think the cold has any thing to do with it. I might be over doing it with not really having any days off.

I guess the gains I saw first could have just been extra swelling or extra arousal because of starting out. I know my wife said I seemed to be more aroused then usual when I first started the exercises. I’ll have a break then keep at it and see what happens. Thanks again
