What's Up With These Videos

I’ve Tried To Watch A Few For The Past Few Days And I Can’t Get One Of Them To Open Up For Me. I Don’t Think It’s My Computer. How Do You Get These Things To Work?

What happens when you try to open one of the videos?

This means you do not have the proper codecs. Try using a different program such as VLC Player which has a vast amount of codecs built in and thus will allow you to play almost any media. If you would like to continue using the player you have now I recommend downloading K-Lite Codec Pack which will have the required codecs for you to play the videos.

As far as the capital letters go, I don’t know how that happened. That’s not something I would do.

When I try to open the videos nothing happens. That the point!! It’s like I have to wait and wait and wait. I’ve waited better than 5 minutes before, but that’s it. I give up after about that time.

More information is needed. What operating system are you using? Browser? Do you have a firewall set up? The videos are in mpeg format, so they should play on most systems. Have you tried simply downloading the file instead of trying to play them online?

I have windows vista, I think at&t is the browser, I have mcafee protection and I’m not sure of how to download a file.

AT&T that’s a bit like AOL isn’t it?

Check that your parents haven’t turned on the parental protection thing.

Thunder’s Place Video Series

There’s a button with each video that says “Download Video.” If that doesn’t cause a “save” window to open you’ll have to click the right mouse button on the button and select “save link as” to get the save dialog box.
