What's the correct grip for stretching?
Old time PE’er here and it feels almost wrong to be asking this question now, but I have never really stretched that much and did most of my length stuff with hanging.
The way I grip my penis is pretty much by squeezing the head on each side and often I need some blood inside the head (not much, say maybe 5-10% maximum beyond 100% flaccid) for my grip to hook.
Is the grip supposed to be behind the head? I’m not sure how to do that. The way I do it seems to be the only way.
Recently I’ve been doing a lot more manual stretching and it made me really wonder if I have been doing it wrongly all this time. I had some slight pain here the other day after working out, so I just have to make sure.
